1-Year Machine Warranty
Every industrial wig sewing machine sold by us is fully inspected and tested before shipping. We stand behind the quality of our machines with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Mechanical failures that occur under normal operating conditions
- Motor, bobbin mechanism, and drive system failures not caused by misuse
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear (needles, belts, bulbs, etc.)
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the operating manual
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the defect and, at our discretion, repair or replace the machine. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.
